Watching a movie on a three seater sofa and this is how they end up.
Two siblings who really do love each other but most moments of the day are one telling the other to "stop breathing on me" or "stop looking at me". Yet they've found each other like two little magnets. What's even more amazing is that they spent the whole movie like this. Apparently germs and brotherly cooties don't count when you're enthralled with An American Tail*. Oh and where was little sister?
She passed out on the couch right next to them. Sweetest thing ever.
* A little bit of Marielle trivia. In 1988 when I first entered fifth grade the teachers in my school district were on strike and proceeded to stay on strike for the first two months of the school year. Students still attended school but we were put in the gym and watched movies (I know the horror!), the first of which was An American Tail. Needless to say, we loved it.

aw that's so sweet!!! I love american tail I remember going to see it when I was little.
You know I have never seen American Tail! Will have to check it out. I thought I had interesting school stories! we never were affected by a strike- just fires and floods!
I don't know Denise, fires and floods sounds pretty interesting (and freaky!) to me.
Delma the boys kept asking me in the beginning of the movie, "momma will he ever find his family?" I couldn't help but think of me as a kid watching "La De La Mochila Azul" with my mom and bawling at the tender age of 3.
They loved the second part too - the one where he heads out west.
