Brisk fall mornings . . .

. . . put me in the mood to cook. A bowl of dough from Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day produces two hearty loaves of chewy bread.

A pan full of roasted vegetables creates a pot full of hearty, silky soup.

Both make for a wonderful, filling meal just perfect to get one over the hump of being sick.

Of course all of this wholesomeness is topped off with a brownie cookie. I'm totally on top of this healthy eating thing.
